The Friends of St Richards Association was formed in 1994 to raise money for St Richards RC Primary School. The original committee raised over £8000 in their first six years. They did this by organising family nights, coffee mornings, sponsered walks, race nights etc.
The founders stood down in July 2000 and a new committee was elected.

Meetings are held regularly, usually once a month, to review events and to organise new ones. Everyone is welcome to attend meetings, they are held at St Richard's Parish Centre usually on a Wednesday night, you will receive a letter from school giving details of the next meeting.
