It seems inappropriate to be saying the Stations as we celebrate the season of Easter. As the Eucharist is referred to as the 'Easter Sacrament' it seems right to have Benediction with Evening Prayer of the Church until after Pentecost.

Schools Return
On Monday all the Schools will start their third and final term of the academic year. Another round of Governors meetings will begin. Today, the role of a Governor means great responsibility and involvement within the life of the school, albeit, the work is often done in the background. I am greatly indebted to the dedication and hard work and talents that the individual Governors of St Mary's, Sacred Heart and St Richardıs bring to their roles as Governors, especially those who sit as Chairpersons, please pray for them and their work.

TESCO Computers for Schools Vouchers.
We have done very well from your generosity in the past and this year has been no exception. We are just a few (about 1,000) vouchers away from a whole computer for St Richards School.!! Today is the last day of issue for this years vouchers. So if you're popping in for a loaf (£10.00 worth of shopping) don't turn the vouchers down if they're offered . . . . . . and check out your purse and your pockets for any strays lurking in there.
