Information

Key Idea
God has honoured Mary by giving her a special place in heaven. We honour her today for all that she means to us. Exploring Gospel Values What do you remember about Mary in Bethlehem, in Nazareth, in Jerusalem? What titles of honour have been given to Mary by Christians over the ages? What prayers do we say to honour Mary?
Call to Faith
We are called to honour Mary. We are called to recognise the wonderful qualities that won her a special place in the heart of God. We are called to see in her a special friend who speaks to God for us. We recognise the motherly quality Jesus saw in her. We speak to her as our mother.
